As we are rapidly approaching 2010, it's not too early to start thinking about what events to go to get the latest and greatest scrapping supplies along with the newest scrapping techniques. Here are a few shows you will want to check out (and maybe pencil in on your calendar).
Scrapbook Expo has just posted on their site the dates and locations for their 2010 Scrapbook Expos. I have personally attended several and are great one-stop shopping experiences. They also have classes and themed crops. At one class I learned how to paper-bind chipboard into books (very cool).
CHA Craft SuperShow will be held for the first time on the West coast January 22-23.
Great Lakes Mega Meet is May 7-9 if you want to get together with 8,000+ of your closest friends to scrap and shop!
Cocoa Daisy Destinations Mykonos is September 19-25 for you scrappers who are tired of scrapping in North America and would love to visit Greece and take awesome classes with Ali Edwards and Jenni Bowlin.
And finally, if you're tired of scrapping on land...how about on a boat? Cruise New England with Tim Holtz September 30 - October 9. All supplies are provided for you (no need to try and get your supplies on a plane). I've taken classes with Tim and he is excellent at providing you with a complete kit to make fantastic creations.
What destinations will you visit? Enjoy!
